*PRIMARY* *FUNCTION*:
Under the authority of the Manager of Human Resources, the position holder's main responsibilities are the management of
labor relations, as well as the entire cycle of the staffing process. He develops and maintains KPIs, collaborates and manages various projects of the human resources department and participates in the organization of corporate events.
*SPECIFIC* *DUTIES*/*ACCOUNTABILITIES:* _(List in order of importance)_
* Propose, develop and ensure the implementation of innovative means allowing the achievement of organizational objectives with regard to HR marketing, attraction, development and retention of staff of work;
* Complete the full cycle of the staffing process;
* Organize and participate in activities to promote the company in its environment;
* As responsible for labor relations, answer employees' questions, advise payroll and managers on the interpretation and application of the collective agreement, labor laws, company policies and procedures;
* Attend daily production meetings with supervisors and make a minimum of 3 factory and warehouse tours weekly;
* Plan and coordinate weekly HR-Production meetings with the production management teams.
* Production and warehouse management and ensures monitoring and producing the report;
* Collaborate with union representatives to ensure the maintenance of harmonious working relations, fair and respectful;
* Conduct investigations, analyze events, draft disciplinary measures and collaborate with our legal advisors when necessary;
* Participate in the negotiation of agreements and the renewal process of the collective labor agreement, *Inform payroll of weekly pay exceptions;*
* Open the new employee's file in the AOS employee management computer system and there make changes as needed;
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports;
* Participate in the organization of social activities;
* Participate in or manage various human resources department projects (e.g.: recognition program, skills matrix, writing job descriptions, workforce planning, etc.);
* Propose solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of service of the resources department human.
*BASIC* *QUALIFICIATIONS*:
* BAC in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent experience;
* Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a generalist in human resources management;
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in labor relations;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the complete staffing process in a manufacturing environment;
* Comfort with computers, the Microsoft Office suite, social networks and communication platforms recruitment;
* Sense of organization, respect for deadlines, focused on results, proactivity, concern for providing quality service to our internal and external customers, professional ethics and discretion;
* Bilingualism (French/English) essential because the position requires frequent daily communications with our colleagues in Ontario, as well as with our colleagues in different departments at the head office located in the United States.
